Located on Shore Road, in the heart of the village we are a short walk to the beach and river. Walk out our door directly into the bustle of restaurants, galleries, shops, and all that Ogunquit has to offer. Perkins Cove, the Marginal Way are just minutes away. Your day begins with a fabulous breakfast served daily from 8:00 to 9:30 am. Enjoy breakfast in our dining room or on the porch, where guests also enjoy relaxing any time of day or evening. 2011 Rate Calendar

High Season: June 24 to September 5

Mid Season: May 27 to June 23 & September 6 to October 9

Low Season: April 15 to May 26 & October 10 to November 5

Off Season: November 6 to April 13, 2012

Deposit

In order to guarantee your accomodations, a one night deposit is required. Visa, Master Card, American Express and checks are accepted. The deposit should be received within 10 days from the date the reservation is made.

The balance is due upon arrival and is subject to Maine State lodging tax. We regret that we cannot accept personal checks at that time.

Minimum stay Requirements

A three-night minimum stay applies during July, August and Holiday weekends. On all other weekends two nights is required. However, space will be sold for shorter period of time when available. Please call to inquire. Walk-ins are welcome.

Cancellation

Deposits are refunded with a 14 day notice (less a $25.00 handling fee) or will be applied in full to a future reservation. If fewer than 14 days, your deposit is forfeited. They are no refunds on late arrivals or early departures.

-We regret that we cannot accomodate pets.

-All guest rooms with the exception of our handicap accessible room, require the use of stairs.

-Please no smoking throught the house and decks.
