Deposit
One Nights' rental must be received within ten days of date reservation is placed.

Confirmation
Confirmation is made only upon receipt of deposit.

Cancellation
Deposits are refundable less a $15 service charge only on cancellation or shortened stay notice received fourteen days prior to arrival date. Balance is due on day of arrival.

Minimum Stay
We reserve the right to request a three night minimum stay for High Season and Holiday Weekends.

Restrictions
The Nellie Littlefield House is not appropriate for young children. Regretfully, we do not allow pets. We have a no smoking policy throughout the House in order to provide a pleasant and fresh environment for our guests.
